The right people see a name. Everyone else sees an alias.

Some households need their identity kept quiet. Mark one as protected, and Liwan shows an alias to guards, technicians and contractors on every screen, pass and job. Only designated managers can reveal the real name, and every reveal is logged.

Your phone number is your account.

No usernames, no passwords to forget. A resident or a member of staff types their number, gets a one-time code by text or WhatsApp, and is in. The same number opens every role they hold in the compound.

    • The code is valid for five minutes and is stored hashed, never as typed.
    • Requests are limited per number and per connection, so nobody can be flooded with codes.
    • The screens are in the person's language: Arabic or English.

Every role sees its part, and nothing more.

Permissions are set per compound, and for contractors, per assigned case only. This is what each role can see and do.

Every compound behind its own wall. Every sensitive action on the record.

    • Each compound's data is separated in the database itself, not just hidden on screen: a request from one compound cannot read another's.
    • Access is decided on the server from your role in that compound, never from what the app sends.
    • Every response that includes a person passes through one gate that decides name or alias. Automated tests prove a technician and a guard never receive a real name or number.
    • Protected units never appear in the neighbour directory, public listings or exported files without permission.
