Residents send passes on WhatsApp. Guards scan them at the barrier. Every pass is signed, so the guard's device checks it with no connection at all, and the entry is sent when the line comes back.

The guest needs no app. They get a link on WhatsApp or by text with a QR code and a six-digit code, and that is all they bring to the gate.

Name, phone, expected time, number of people and the car plate if any. One-time, several days, every Friday, a delivery or a contractor.

A WhatsApp message, with a text message as the fallback if it isn't opened. No sign-up, no app.

The guard scans
The answer in under a second: allow, ask the host, or deny. With the name, the unit, the car and how many people.

The host is told
An instant note on the resident's phone, and a new line in the gate log the office sees.
A visitor with no pass? The host decides from their phone.
The guard types who has come and for whom, with a photo of the ID if needed. The request reaches the resident, who taps Allow or Deny, and the guard sees the answer at once.
- If the host doesn't answer, the visitor waits outside and the request is logged.
- For protected units the guard sees only the alias, and calls go through the platform.
